This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted for purchases made through Airdrop Supply.

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be returned in the original packaging

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds or exchanges are only offered if the item:

  • Arrives damaged, or
  • Is not as described or not as intended

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist with a return or exchange.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, you must contact us first to request return instructions. Once your request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and further instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your return.

We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary before a refund appears.
