Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation when applicable.
Please note that processing times are separate from carrier transit times.

We use reliable shipping providers to deliver orders safely and efficiently. For orders within the United States, we primarily ship using:
- USPS First-Class Mail
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
- FedEx Ground
For international orders, we use comparable services provided by trusted carriers including:
- Canada Post for Canada
- Royal Mail or similar courier services for the United Kingdom
Carrier availability may vary depending on destination and shipping conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are determined as follows:
- Free shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $150.00 USD or more.
- For orders below $150.00 USD, shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping carrier’s current rates.
- If real-time carrier rates are unavailable at checkout, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.95 USD will be applied.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Typical carrier transit times are based on standard ground shipping services such as USPS Ground Advantage and similar services offered by other carriers.
While we aim to ship and deliver orders promptly, carrier transit times are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:

- United Kingdom
- Canada
Customers ordering from outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Orders placed from unsupported regions may be cancelled and refunded.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Airdrop Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
